Appraisal assignments are not based on a requested minimum valuation, a specific valuation or an approval of a loan. Our compensation is not contingent upon the reporting of a predetermined value or direction in value that favors the cause of the client, the amount of the value estimate, the attainment of a stipulated result or the occurrence of a subsequent event.
Our preferred payment method Is COD; however we do extend credit to our established clients. Statements are mailed on the last business day of the month, with payment expected within 30 days.
